Abstract: This research is the result of a Clinical Psychology dissertation in Jungian Studies at PUCSP. The theoretical framework is based on Analytical Psychology. This study was conducted with 10 women in postmenopausal aged 55 to 63 years, in Curitiba / PR. This is a qualitative research and is characterized by semi-structured interview, theoretical and contextual analysis. The instruments used in data collection were: Questionnaire Sexual Quotient, Sociodemographic Questionnaire, Semi-Structured Interview and Graphic Projective Technique. The results were analyzed using qualitative thematic analysis method proposed by Douglas Ezzy (2002) and the research phenomena was based on assumptions of Analytical Psychology of Carl Gustav Jung and contemporary authors. The results showed emerging points about sexuality related to: relations with the body, sense of self, relationship and sexual life. Many contradictions were observed in the reporting of concepts and opinions. The conclusion of the results showed that the women in this study do not feel themselves in possession of their desires. Talking, sharing is necessary for women to perceive themselves better and to commit more deeply to their process of individuation.
